BugPro Termite & Pest Control Inc. was built on a simple idea: do the job right, treat people with respect, and take pride in every home we service.
Our story began in the field — working for a large pest control company where we quickly learned that in the corporate world, people often become just numbers. The personal touch, the care for the customer, and the pride in quality work had all but disappeared. That didn’t sit right with us.
So in 2011, a small group of us came together and decided to do things differently. We put in the hours, earned our licenses, and launched our own company — originally known as Simply Termites. From day one, our mission was clear: build a team of professionals who genuinely care, who take the time to learn and grow, and who treat every home as if it were their own.
In 2023, we rebranded as BugPro Termite & Pest Control to reflect how much we’ve grown. Today, we offer a full range of services — from termite treatments and fumigation to general pest control and structural wood repair.
But what really sets us apart isn’t just what we do — it’s how we do it. We’re honest, thorough, and committed to delivering real value. At BugPro, we still believe in relationships, in doing things the right way, and in never cutting corners.
